In A Jam? > Help! what do I do ! Im drowning in blackberries!!

well how do you feel about jam!? My dear friend Jessica and I are going to make a vat of blackberry-sage jam this afternoon, following the braiding of 200 garlic bulbs. Blackberry sage jam = sublime on homemade ginger ice cream, obviously a twist to your morning toast, why not top a simple cheesecake with it... pancakes... lamb! or make a nice reduction for your venison... those thumbprint cookies = raise the bar with blackberry-sage jam prints!
